I agree with bama, its time to take leave.
If this isnt an option yet .... comfy shoes with scholl inserts ( pharmacy).
But please think about the leave as I cant see how things will improve when you are in SOO much pain.
This is bound to stress both you and bubs out at this stage!!!!!
Good luck with your new baby :)

First of all, considering your condition, contact your doctor and make sure you don't have any health concerns that are compounded by having to stand. At this point, as I recall, doc would always tell me I needed a stool to at least lean against while I worked. Since this is not an option for you, I suggest getting some kind of small step stool and alternating propping your feet on it as you work to ease some of the weight.
If this doesn't help, it never hurts to ask your doctor for some kind of note to give your employer indicating the necessity of being able to sit while working.
I wish you all the luck in the world & congratulations.

What kind of person do you work for? who wouldn't allow a 7 month pregnant person a rest?. OK now to try to answer your question. The first tip is GOOD fitting shoes comfortable and supportive. remember you spend a long time in these so get a pair that fit. secondly i would suggest you get some support hose your body is caring extra weight and they should help prevent varicose veins. It may also help for you to get some gel insoles for the shoes you wear. if you are stood in one position on a tiled floor then some of these materials "draw your feet" i don't know exactly what that means but my mum used to say it. a good idea is to stand on a raised palette covered in thick carpet. make sure it is low to the floor and has sloped edges to avoid toe damage and tripping. Perhaps a friend could fabricate one for you or perhaps your husband. Finally and most importantly, go and see your family doctor. Remember although you are sharing your body right now with your unborn child, you will need to continue to use it yourself after the birth. get checked out it cant hurt, the last thing you need is to damage yourself now making things difficult for you when your a busy mother. p.s. an evening foot massage with oils and soothing cooling gels may help enlist hubbys help. you can enjoy it too. lol

Ahhhh, been there too. My feet were so swollen I had to take pictures so I could remind myself how bad they were! I could not even put socks on and it took a good 3 weeks after the birth of my baby girl for my feet to be normal again! While at work, the only thing that helped just a wee bit was to put them up on my PC or desk drawer. If you're standing all the time, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do. For me sitting and standing made it worst. When I got home from work, I would quickly go on the sofa and put my feet up.

If at all possible, take a leave of absence. If you can't, look for Z Coil shoes. They're extremely comfortable to stand or walk in, but look a little odd as there is a coiled spring on the heel. When you go to the restroom, bend over and hold, as though to touch your toes and that will help relax the back muscles. Good luck.

It sounds like your body is telling you to take it easy! You should get checked out for pre-eclampsia, which causes severe swelling of the feet. You definitely should not be standing for long periods at this time. It is time to take your mat. leave! Seriously, you are not doing yourself or your baby any favours by being on your feet all day.

I have seen insoles for pregante people in the pharmacy, it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. If not it sounds like it's time to quit working. Now is the time to make sure your healthy and feeling good, the baby will be here soon enought!

I used to put my feet in buckets of ice and water. You get a major brain freeze, but it takes the pain away quickly. However, I was not prego when I did it. Good luck... You are almost there.
