I "DID" suffer from them for 9 years. I know what they are like and the different phases of them inclusive the triggers etc. I know that this might have done , or would have in another category however I choose to stay in polls & surveys...thank you all..and I really appreciate your taking the time to answer so honestly and openly about something so painful. You all are amazing.

most of the time i take an over the medicine for migraines and even then i seems like a small eternity before they kick in when i don't have any pain relievers i lay down in a cool room with a damp wash cloth over my eyes but if there's anything Ive learned in all of this is what works some for doesn't work for others.

beside the meds. i stay in bed in a dark room and eat pretzels and drink Pepsi for some reason which i can not explain it helps the migraine to go away. i dont know if its the cafeen or the salt or the combo but i suffer less if i eat them

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Yes, I usually take extra strength aspirin with a huge glass of water for it and try to lay down or get fresh air to calm myself down. But my migraines hit me when I' am at school.
