I would like to add that I believe people can also have fake heart attacks, where there is all the symptoms but its not actually a heart attack. One time I was having pain in my left arm and down my back, and a heavy feeling/pain in my chest on the right side then left (it alternated), I thought for sure it was the beginning of a heart attack, but a few hours later in the ER after a piss test to check for dead heart muscle cells and such, and an EKG everything checked out ok. I was simply diagnosed with a drug reaction or whatever (i had been smoking tweak), told not to do it again (i haven't, ive been careful with anything that stimulates my heart now), and given a xanax and told to go home and rest.
but anyhow do go to the ER if you start REALLY worrying, and you'll know when you're REALLY worrying when you dont just think about going to the ER, but are already figuring out whether to call an ambulance or get someone to take you or drive yourself or whatever (which i dont recommend)

It is usually the Left arm. But not all the time, and it is usually and ache not sharp. Pain can radiate to the jaw , teeth, even the right arm sometimes. Never take it lightly, it is always in this case best to play it safe. Look into it.
