i really love them, but they are now to big. can i shrink them in but not up?

Wash in hot... rinse in cold, dry in extra hot long... good luck

I don't know how much but a hotter (if they can stand) washing can help. This is OK only if they are not bought made with boiled cotton fiber. If they use this kind of fiber you can't do much, but a tailor can.

i guess there are two different solutions
the quite temporary one:you can wash it without using any softener.
you will be content till one hour after you wear it
and the permanent one:bring it to a skilled tailor..
(an alternative:get weight)

dry em in the dryer for like 10 mins rite when you are about to wear them. works for me
