Why isn't Troy Smith expected to go higher in the NFL draft?

He's not a pro qb, he's a college qb. Lots of guys dominate in college, but the way they play they will get killed in the NFL. Tommy Frazier, Eric Crouch, Charlie Ward, just to give you a few more examples

Because he's not a classic, drop back quarterback.
