Is it the emergency room at the Hospital.You should be a doctor/surgeon to make surgery before you can go to the Emergency room you need to go to a University first or the easy way You need to have a accident or fakify it and your destination is on the emergency room.

That isn't a good idea. People are sometimes turned away from the emergency room if too many people are there, because there is physically no more space, or doctors. That would be pointlessly using up hospital supplies as well. Are you anorexic?

It sounds like you have some problems, no offence. You should probably talk to a therapist. Do not think of harming yourself to get there either, just talk to a therapist.
