Annaliese Marie Lindsay sounds like a very sensitive flower.
Come up with a name that's strong and supports the middle name.
How about: Loralei Marie Lindsay

That's a beautiful name. We just rented the movie The Princess and the Pauper. The princess' name was Annaliese. Loved it!

My husband's German and when I was pg,we found out that we were having a girl. I went crazy over the name Heidi but my dh said it souned to "cutesy" We went with Amanda, which is one of my faves.

I think that if you are going to call her Elise, that that is what you should name her. And my reasoning for that is...if you name her Annaliese it will be shortened to Anna in school. Have you thought about calling her Anna instead of Elise. Isn't Anna considered as a German name also?
Just my opinion!!

Annaliese is a very pretty name! It sounds like a polite, sweet name. A real mama's girl. ^___^

Now, because it's German, it's pronounced "An-ah-lee-sah", right? Because most Americans would want to pronounce it "an-ah-leese". Either of which are pretty.

I think it's a gorgeous name and it would be a little shy, and very pretty.
