dear checkmate i own 2 companies i dont have to work till i drop i have lots of money and people like u are scum

Iv'e had this argument for a long time. I know plenty of Scroungers, but bite my tongue, i feel so annoyed. I work 15 hours a week, not a lot i know, but I am also a housewife, and look after kids too. It's sometimes midnight when I finally get to rest. Don't get me started please.

I don't think that it is, that people cannot be bothered to work, it is the lack of decent jobs available. Now I am sure you have little or no qualifications, but you still receive a large salary to enable you to do what you want to do and I bet that you did not have to work very hard for it. Plus if you are in receipt of a large salary, then why are complaining about an individual who receives LESS than you. The argument is also weak, in that all your taxes go to the unemployed, if the unemployed were to disappear overnight, you would still have to pay out larger taxes to the government. So stop scapegoating others.

I think the people you call scum don't get enough money from the likes of you. I hope you hate working for your money and hope you will have to keep working till you drop, and the unemployed will live off you and laugh in your face for it.

I work for a living,but a lot of people have real reasons why they
cant work.The way you pigeon hole these Individuals points to
you being the scum mate.

Why should we hold everyone to our standards?
what if some people simply don't find the idea of work appealing? some people love to work, others are not enamoured by it at all.
surely a few pence from your tax each week to pay for those people, is better than it going on more bombs to kill people ?

I am disabled and I would LOVE to go to work again ! I have worked all my life, never had a penny in benefits before and now, where I used to look after elderly people, I find myself in the situation where my husband has to look after me, and I hate it! Please don't assume that everybody that is on benefits is a scrounger, because it is just not true!

I agree with you, i don't know why the different governments
make they sweep the streets and do some of the paintings on railing and benches that are scattered all around would keep the people for getting paid for nothing

They probably can't find work for a reason. And the unemployment benefit pay is not very high.
Oh, and you have made yourself sound ignorant, arrogant and snobby for saying this. Don't get surprised if people respond aggressively to this.

if people are ill or disabled,then fair play,
but if they are spunging the system it shouldnt be allowed,i know people on benifits who have there rent paid,council tax paid etc,plus get job seekers allowence,its wrong.i work my partner works we have 4 kids,we are not entitled to a thing,it makes my blood boil,these people know they are on a good thing.

well my son is dissabled and daycare is 25$ an hour lets see you go to work
and besides i have to live off of 400$ a month
i wsh i could go to work
