I started being interested in J-14 when i was 11, and by the time i was 14 i had moved onto teen people.
So, i think its probably for ages 10-14.
its not really for teens, its for preteens.

I got interested when I was around seven. By the time I was ten, I moved onto AP [Alternative Press, a "ROCK" magazine]. So, I say, never.

depends on maturity...if kids around you use mature words ... then ages 10-14
