Shades of eyeshadow, lip gloss? I would have to say light purples and lavenders for the eyes and a clear gloss would look good.

Most dark-skinned people are whats referred to as "Winters".
Go to a reputable cosmetics store and ask to see the colors for a "Winter". A knowledgeable consultant will know exactly what you mean, (and need!).
