When I accomplish something difficult - especially something I've been putting off, or that I was afraid to do.
When I do something that makes someone happy.
These things make me feel worthwhile.

Many things really...knowing I have done a job well,compliments from others,
helping out in a bad situation,knowing I can do anything I set my mind to,
being independent, being loved & giving love in return,great music, etc...
