My cellphone is VirginMobile. It is prepaid and I have a nice cellphone.?

But VirginMobile does not offer insurance. What can I do to get insurance?

Typically providers that have prepaid don't offer insurance cause they want you to just buy a new phone if something happens to it, insurance is a thing for people that are locked into a contract for years in order to assure them that if their phone craps out half way thru the contract their not up a creek!
