Problem with Steam.?

Question

Steam.exe (main exception):Win32 StructuredException at 01735FB1 : Attempt to read from virtual address 88 without appropriate access rights.
I deleted my ClientRegistry.blob and un-install/reinstalled completely and I can't even get a splash screen to login all it does is hang 10-20 seconds after i click the icon gives me the error.
