i have a amd 1.8 ghz, nvidia FX 5200 256mb, 1gb ram. whenever i am playing a game the whole computer just randomely freeze. for example even the lights on keyboard just freeze ( num lock button ). and i have to reset it. any help would be appreciated.

No i don't thibk the computer runing slow has anything to do with that! my computer literally starts up after u log in, in about 5 seconds. same with turn off. everything is new except my fans and power supply.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Please be more specific, what kind of game, you might have a good Video card, Ram is okay, but the processor is a Celeron or a Pentium if its a Celeron that is the reason why it freezes, Celeron are not MultiTasker Processors, Pentium are, so my best advise will be get the tech specs of the game, compare and make sure you got at least over the minimum requriements, sides get a new processor. http://bartman1.blogspot.com/ go to this site and follow if your computer runs slow its a long shot but your problem could be any number of things you may have to take it to a pro or call a local shop and talk to them maby they could help you narrow it down
