If you have a bike you could get a paper route. It takes the discipline to get up early. Just call the different local newspaper's and ask your parents or guardian about a work permit.
Go around and collect recyclables and turn them in at a local grocery store. Your cleaning up your neighborhood and making money.

offer mowing the lawn, doing the landury, walking the dog for extra money by your neighbors or even your own family

you can offer to do extra chores for your parents, walk dogs, sell old clothes on ebay with the help of someone older
