At your age you probably don't need tea or pills to conceive! As I'm sure your doctor will tell you, try tracking your ovulation time (this is the time your ovaries release eggs each month) The easiest and least time consuming way to track ovultaion is with an over the counter ovulation test kit. It's like a pregnancy kit, only it usually has 7 testers in it. Also, don't use personal lubricants as these can hinder sperm motility. There is a good lubricant made esp. for those trying ot have a baby - called Preseed. Also! Smoking cigs can lower a man's sperm count, so if your man is a smoker, he might want to use this time to quit!
There IS a tea you can buy to increase fertility - though I can't imagine you will need it! It's called red clover, check out the site below for more info...

I can not stop laughing from the answer at the top. You know after you take birth control (don't know if you have) it can take months or no time at all to wear off depending on your body. Don't know if you have been trying long but you are young I would try to just do it naturally first. Most of those pills if you don't really need them can lead to multiple babies.. which is fine if you want that .. I don't know anything about the teas though...

Teas or pills cannot make babies - only sperms can do it.
To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

LOL, some people can be idiots! I gave them all a thumbs down. I know what you're asking. What kind of teas and pills can you take to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Some people can be rude. I would start on some prenantal vitamins. I don't know much about teas, but the one person who said that red clover stuff seems like they know what they are talking about. Good luck!

Tea and pills will not get you pregnant.
You need to actually have sex to get pregnant.
I suggest you by the book "Everywoman" and read it from cover to cover so you understand the process completely BEFORE trying to have a child!
You should both stop smoking and drinking alcohol for 6 months before trying to get pregnant. You should also take folic acid supplements for 3 - 6 months before. There MAY be other dietary supplements your doctor recommends depending on your current state of health and your current diet.

If you're 23, in good health, and FINANCIALLY STABLE :-) you should have no problems trying to concieve. Just do what you normally do, sans birth control, and let it happen naturally. Stay away from drugs and alcohol, talk to your doc about what you can do to bring a healthy child into the world (like taking a women's multivitamin....increasing your Folic Acid intake, etc..).
Good luck to you!

Sorry about all those smart aleck answers you got. I understand what information you are wanting. I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years and have researched this topic to death. The web site I listed below has been a great tool for me. I have found a wealth of information on this site. From pre-pregnancy right on through childhood. Their message boards are great for talking to other women experiencing exactly what you are. I highly recommend you check it out.

Since you're only 23 you should have no problem conceiving!! I had my first baby when I was 19 and my second this past July.. I'm 24 yrs. old.... You should go to your OB/GYN and let them know that you're wanting to have a baby and they may tell you to start taking prenatal pills.. Also, alot of unprotected sex will help!! Good luck
