going fancy dress party as batman, got the costume but i want a decent belt for it. tried looking on ebay and some fancy dress shops but no luck!!

Well it depends what Batman period your talking about;

All had different belts
I have found some on ebay but I would suggest making one and going for the classic yellow belt and stick some items on it. Make it out of card with the big buckle, the black Bat boomerang thing on a bit of rope,make some small tubes out of card and stick them on(look at old comic books)and voila!

Have you tried eBat? A fancy dress party as batman? Seriously...what I would do is get a normal wide belt and hot glue "cigarette shaped" boxes to it and spray the whole thing yellow. That should pull it off.

Try to find a Haloween store or a party store. If all else fails, just go to target, Walmart or one of those kinds of stores and look there. They should have it.
