The Celeron chip is not a MultiTasker chip, it only processes 1 thing at a time, instead the Pentium 4 is a multitasker that can work different processes at the same time, giving it even better work than a faster processor, so what you would like a bit of a faster proc or a powerfull multiworking proc? If you choose power over speed go for the Pentium 4, but even at those speeds, Pentium 4 is better.
