My phone needs to be fixed but dont see anywere on their website that says what i can do i went to the store that i brought it from and they told me to check with virginmobile

There is nothing you can do about your broken phone. Its a prepaid service and it dosent come with any kind of equipment protection plan...your only option is buying a new virgin mobile phone and then you can call customerservice and they will transfer your old number onto your new phone.

Hey Look on your monthly bill who is your service provider,they have the web and email to customer service about your problems.On your mobile phone press *687 and listen for the direction.Don't you have the manual when you bought the phone? look into it all the provision are mentioned there.Or go to phone set up and click to original mfrs settings.

you will need to call in to customer care. They may inturn tell you just to buy a new one
