Banned from eBay and need to get back on?

I was wrongully banned for just being associated with a previously banned member. I did nothing wrong. I have tried contacting them to no avail. Do I need to get a new ISP address to be able to get back on ebay?

new name number account isp and the like...these people arent stupid and if they see your associated with the acct...its more than likely youll get banned againj.

yes, they track you by your ip address.
