Why does everyone who makes the national news with a firearm automatically need military training to shoot the thing?
As far as I know, no, he just had unresolved issues from molesting one of his female relatives 20 years ago.

I really don't think so, He was a self taught whack job. I'm not saying that people in the military are whack jobs
