I'm doing a survey to see how many women snore or have sleep apnea. Since its always the women telling the men they snore. Has your husband or boyfriend told you snore or has your kids told you. Or when did you first start to snore? When did you know you snored?

I was told that I snored. I actually woke myself up one night from my own snoring. The back of my throat collapses when I am completely relaxed and this causes my snoring. I had nasal surgery and don't snore anymore. I also had mild sleep apnea. Found this out after having a sleep study.
A lot of women snore. They just don't snore as loud as men do. I don't know why.

I snore. I have had my snoring called "demonic". I have had people in the hotel room next to me pound on the wall. It's bad. I've been to an ENT and I have had sleep testing. I have apnea but not bad enough to get a CPAP machine. So.. my husband is a saint, who puts up with my snoring and my kids give me a hard time about it.

I snore, and am not ashamed of it. It just comes with age. I guess my kid and husband noticed a few years ago - I'm 45 now. However, they tell me it's very "delicate" compared to the out of this world shake the house snoring my husband does!
