I'm concerned that this could be more significant than others think. Is it soreness or cramping? They are different. Any spotting? Best to call the doctor and not take chances. Not tryng to scare you, but you really should call.

I am also 22 weeks pregnant, and I no longer have the "pulling" anymore, or at least not as much as in the beginning. However, this is my third child, so it doesn't take as much for my uterus to stretch as it would for a first time mom. Is this your first baby?
Also, you have to remember that with the baby and your uterus growing, everything else is getting moved around in your stomach. It could be as simple as needing to go to the bathroom.
I would not worry too much if you are not having any other symptoms that worry you. If you have bleeding, dizziness, or other things going on with this cramping, or if it continues at a regular pace, such as every ten minutes you need to go to the hospital, don't wait to get hold of your doctor. It doesn't happen a lot, but it is POSSIBLE to go into preterm labor. My sister did when she was 23 weeks.
But if it is just cramping, or pulling that is most likely just your uterus stretching for your growing baby!
Good luck!!

If it's not severe and it's in your "stomach" perhaps you ate something bad or just need to make a BM.
If you are having pains in your uterus, it is still normal to have cramping at this time due to the ligaments and muscles of the uterus stretching and growing to provide room for your growing baby. Take some tylenol, have a warm bath and rest. You will feel better. If it doesn't go away in a couple of days, make an appointment with your doctor.

During my second pregnancy I had minor pains, also in the bottom of my stomach, that would come just while I was walking and my doctor told me that the ligaments and muscles were streching b/c the baby is getting bigger. they happened to hurt mostly when i was walking b/c that's when i was putting the most strain on the stomach.

Im also 22 weeks pregnant...ive asked my doctor about this many times. She says its just normal "round ligament" pain, which is the ligaments around your uterus stretching and thickening to accommodate to your growing uterus. If its like sharp pains or liek period cramps, and they dont last that long then thats probably what it is.

Your uterus is expanding and growing all the time which can cause some light cramping as long as it is not severe I think you should be fine. You can always call your doctor if you have questions.
