Not sure about the HP but I'm sure they use a calender for the 1/4 mi times.

A Harley will have more horsepower, however, a jap 750cc or larger can keep any stock Harley behind it on any road. At the lights, Stop signs, Curves, Sraightaways, canyons. Pretty much anywhere anytime.

It you want a fast bike here is what you need to do. Get the Harley big bore kit, NOS, Turbo, Exhaust system, Power commander. Then sell the Harley and buy any jap bike.
