They hate what they fear because they are afraid of it.
They hate what they do not understand because they want to understand.
They hate what they see as flaws within themselves because they want to be perfect; better than the rest.

It's just a case of not being able to.

Those who hate have basically loved and were not rewarded by love in return.
That is why it needs brains and a very very noble soul to accept defeat in love and not hate after that.
Love and hate are complementary feelings.
Hatred is not a self generated feeling. It is a reaction, and does not come from fear or misunderstanding, or a personal weakness... Just a very smart and subtle control of the brain on the heart.

people are classically conditioned to hate what they fear, they wouldn't be very smart if they didn't, i dont really think they fear what they understand, maybe its to generalized, the are also taught by society to be perfect and thats why they hate flaws

For most people it's C, they hate themeselves, so it makes sense for them to hate people who are exactly like them.

people hate because they were raised that way. (not always true)

they hate because they are jealous or envious.

they don't know any better.
