I think that you mean that your system clock is giving the incorrect time? If this is correct, then the chances are that all that will be required to do, is replace the CMOS battery. It's flat and about the same diameter as a nickle (5cent coin). It will located on your motherboard, and it is easy to see. Can be bought easily in computer stores, pharmacies, and even $1 stores.

try changing the cmos battery...lots cheaper.
