By no means am I a supporter of Barry Bonds. However, it has not been proved that he has taken steroids. A man growing from age 21 to age 42 is not at all uncommon. His head has grown in size in the past 20 years but so has mine and I certainly am not a steroid user. Some people say that his personality reminds them of the "roid rage" of steroid users. I cannot agree; he was a jerk 20 years ago too.
I do not want him to break the all-time home run record; I hope he retires before that. But he should be in the Hall of Fame based on his career up to 1998 because he was the best.

The circumstantial evidense of steriod use is impressive, yet there is not any information of dishonest. the total MLB players may have used steriods and far extra of them did than maximum individuals will ever get to hearken to about. Why? in view that the an embarassed league likes the total undesirable press about steroids being directed at one scapegoat. they don't favor everybody speaking about the position the total 100 MPH fastballs went or why so few gamers are hitting 30+ residing house runs now. purely carry speaking about Bonds.

"I think so he suks in real life with out drugs."
If you have no idea what you are talking about, don't speak. He was one of the best players in the game before steroids..
Had it not been for Roids, he would be at 1000, maybe 1250 steals. He would be the greatest leadoff hitter in history. That doesn't suck.

I agree that he should be thrown out of baseball but there is no actual evidence that he took steiroids, so he can't be thrown out. Bud Selig (MLB Commissioner) himself said that Bonds has never failed a steroid test. Unfortunately, there are so many types of buffers that can make it seem like the player is not taking steroids when he really is, and the steroid test would be fooled.

Yes, he should go. Unfortunately, nothing will ever be done. People are too concerned about themselves to accomplish something of this nature. They will complain, but Bonds will continue to play and break records and tarnish the record books. Sadly enough, Bonds is not the only one. Playing college baseball for four years, I have witnessed alot of steroid abuse and have heard even more first-hand stories of substance abuse. Even more sadly, I have consistenly heard about the acceptance of this "decline in self-honor" first-hand from several co-players involving coaches, players, and teammates. I once dreamed of playing major league baseball, but after understanding the out-of-hand substance abuse, it became a reality that players equal to your skill level, or even below your skill level, are going to perform over yourself due to their lazy, unresponsible, unhonorable behavior. It is sad when the honor in sports has deceased, and cheaters have become idolized. I've said enough - later.

Yep, and I'll help him pack his bags and empty out his locker. And now I see Oakland is close to signing him as a DH. Thought their General Manager Billy Beane knew better.

They should throw him out on his pin cushion of a butt, and include all the other cheaters out with him - Sosa, Sheffield, Giambi, and every stat they accumulated while cheating should be erased from the baseball record books. They destroy what is great about the game of baseball.

yes barry bonds should be because most of those numbers he put up were from the juice and people will be disappointed if he breaks the ALL-TIME record, he disrespected the game and shouldn't have even gone passed 600 home runs

If he goes Giambi should go, Sheffield should go, Ivan Rodriguez should go, Louis Gonzalez should go, Roger clemens Should go, Andy Pettite should go, Jim thome Should go, and god knows how many others, because just like with bonds, theyre all suspected of using, but no positive result has been associated with them. We all know Bonds used, but we have ZERO proof, and in this country, you can't be punished for a crime it has not been proven, with evidence, you commited. Im not Excusing Bonds, i dont like the ******..but you have no cause to throw him out of MLB when he has not tested positive for ANYTHING as of yet.
