Most of the processes are required to keep your system running. I would not stop any processes unless you know what you are doing.

First you shouldn't just "kill" or terminate a process without knowing what it is; here are a couple of sites that wll give you the relevant information
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/
http://www.tasklist.org/
Use a free tool like Process Viewer; it is an enhanced task manager that lists all the processes running and by right clicking on an entry, you can do a google search
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/Process_Viewer/processviewer.html
a lot of processes start when your system boots, so using a good start up manager can help; Start Up Inspector is free
http://www.windowsstartup.com/
the site also has an extensive database so you can check what's running on your pc.

you oftentimes get clogged up with multiple techniques contained in the start up a lot of that you dont want. yet its problematic understanding which of them to delete. I were informed you do not have better than 12. my pc has 14. i attempt to keep it to that and it runs tremendous. mine had 50 once and a lot of those i got here across out were trackers. the link below will inform you what they are. also run msconfig to stop them starting up each and each and every time you boot up.

You can get a program to clean up useless Windows services based on how you use the computer. I use Advanced WindowsCare, which is free. I highly recommend it.
