My firewall has started blocking my web cam...help?

When I use MSM mesenger, my firewall stops my web cam after a few seconds of connection. I don't know what settings I need to change to allow people to contact me through my web cam again. I'm using Norton firewall

uninstall norton firewall, use zonealarm. is free, does the same stuff, and you can customize what gets through.
