Yes, but I would recommend that you NOT download it to your computer. There have been MANY comments from people in Yahoo Answers who did download it and had many problems thereafter...one was me. Pages loaded very slooooooowly, had the "page cannot be displayed" message constantly, it messed up my Yahoo Photo program. Other people reported many problems using different programs. The minute iIuninstalled the Internet Explorer 7 and went back to I. E. 6, all my problems went away. So...BEWAARE.

Yes, internet explorer 7 is free, but you have to go to microsoft.com to download it

Yes,but i advice you to use another one because I just recently download the same but iwas so disappointed,it is very slow in fact everytime i do the research it take 2-3 minutes of waiting;

Yeh, free as long as you have a 100% legal copy of windows.

yeah free to mess up your puter and play with your head keep IE 6 or get Firefox if you like that tab bullcrap but by all means stay away from one of Microsoft's most embarassing moments its a johnny come lately . I tried it but switched back to IE 6 it slowed down my puter but we are all chill now

Yeah, but I highly recommend you not use it. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 is much, much better. Unlike Firefox, IE7 is very unstable and, in spite of its "security improvements," can give your computer a lot of viruses. In addition, it's quite slow.
