I took a pregnancy test that came out positive... But these are the wierd things happening...
1. It hurts when I walk or go to the bathroom...
2. Constant abdominal pain from side to side
3. Shoulder pain
4. Stress
5. Usually when I am pregnant I spot, I have not had a period in 1 month in a half, nor have I spotted
6. Nausea, but it isnt as bad as it was.
I am only 6 weeks pregnant, so therefore I should still have "morning sickness", but the "morning sickness" symptons are starting to disapear slowly. I have been pregnant before, but all 3 of my pregnancies were not like this one... IN fact I didn't get sick with my other pregnancies. Should I be worried? Am I still pregnant or did I have a miscarriage?

Go to the doctor. When you miscarriage :
Miscarriage Symptoms
A miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy before 20 weeks and it is nature's way of ending a pregnancy that is not developing normally. The length of the pregnancy will effect the number and severity of miscarriage symptoms.
A miscarriage that takes place shortly after conception can occur as a slightly late, slightly heavy period. Symptoms can vary from person to person, but there are common ones that generally occur:
Bleeding. This can range from brownish spotting to heavy bleeding. It is important to note that many women experience spotting or bleeding during pregnancy and about 50% of the time, the pregnancy progresses normally.
Pain or cramping in the lower abdominal area. The pain could be on just one side, both sides, or in the middle. You may also experience pain in the genitals, lower back, thighs, or buttocks.
You may notice that pregnancy symptoms like nausea and breast tenderness have subsided or lessoned. Be aware that some women do not notice any change in these symptoms, while others do.
Some women say that didn't "feel right" just prior to their symptoms.
If you are pregnant and experiencing symptoms you should contact your health care provider. If any of the following symptoms occur you should go the Emergency Room immediately:
Heavy bleeding
Passing clots or something that looks like tissue (bring the tissue to the hospital in a clean container)
A fever higher than 100.4 degrees F
Dizziness or fainting
A history of tubal (or ectopic) pregnancy
Severe vomiting
Severe pain the abdomen or back
If you have any uncertainty about the need to contact your health care provider, call him or her immediately.

worse case scenario, you might have a tubal pregnancy, go to the doctors asap. it can be fatal if you wait to long. If you can't get in with your doctor within the next few days go to the ER. But its not a misscaraige. Tubal pregnancys are when the egg doesn't implant in the uterus, its when the egg stays in you fallopian tubes, which are the width if angel hair pasta. If the baby grows your tube could burst and that could be fatal to you. I'd go now if you can. If you check out fine then you are fine. they will let you know how things are when they do your ultrasound.

Spotting is actually a bad thing in pregnancy. You can go to an OB/GYN to get a blood test to check the hormone level that tells that you pregnant. Just relax until thenand remeber that every pregnancy it diffrent.

Gracious - why are you asking us? Go to the doctor sweetie. You could have an ectopic pregnancy - where the baby is in one of your tubes. If you don't have medical coverage, get yourself to an emergency room or a clinic right away.

You should see a doctor it can be serious and it can be affecting your body. Do sit and wait until more signs come up. All pregnancy might not be the same. Good Luck

Until you have a very heavy bleed I wouldn't even think about m/c. Each pregnancy is different- you can't judge one based on the others. Think positive! Your baby needs it!
