YOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO BE HAVING SEX! YOU ARE NOT TOO YOUNG TO GET PREGNANT, AIDS, HERPES, OR ANY OTHER DISEASE FROM UNPROTECTED SEX!

ummm, where is your family, and do they know what is going on.
I am sure your mom or dad would have a lot to say about this.
You can get pregnant, but even worse than having a baby at 13 or 14, is AIDS. Is that a chance you want to take?
I think you should know that having a child at such a young age would ruin your life.
At your age, you should be giggling with your girl friends, and having fun.
Having sex does not make you "grown up". Being responsible for yourself and your actions does.
Listen to these answers you are given on here. Most of the answers I have read are coming from people who know.

THIRTEEN?!?! Are you kidding me?! You are definitely too young for sex and it is possible to get pregnant at any time. You could have gotten pregnant the first time you had sex, nothing is ever fool proof after you've had your period. Look if you don't know the facts about having sex then don't have it! You are obviously not prepared if you honestly believe you cannot get pregnant.

It is possible you can get pregnant, the only way you can guard against this and the HUGE risk of getting a sexually transmitted disease (STDs) is to use protection, use a condom. If you and your partner get tested and cleared of any STDs then you may decide to use contraception instead such as the pill. Go to your GP and tell them you are sexually active and they will give you advice in confidence. DONT be pressured into sex. Remember just because you have done it once does not mean you have to do it again it is still your choice every time. You can be ready with one person and not another.

If your periods have started, and you have sex, you can get pregnant. You are not too young. It is not impossible. It is very likely. The only significant thing about your age is that babies born to very young mothers tend to be premature, have mutiple health problems, and a low survival rate.

I'm curious about how old the person you had sex with is.

You shouldn't be haveing sex at your age but yes once you start your mentral cycle you could get pregnant at any time..If you didn't use a condon you could be pregnant Your not to young..So you can understand better if you were haveing unprotect sex at nine because you had started your menstral cycle you could have gotten pregnant just like you can now at any time i think you need to talk to your parents and let the know that your sexually active so they can take the rights steps to help you from getting pregnant like birth control pills..Hope you have a better understanding..and make the right choices..Good Luck..

YOU CAN GET PREGNANT, ANYTIME NOW. ONCE YOU START YOUR PERIOD, AFTER THAT YOU BECOME A YOUNG WOMEN, AND YOU CAN GET PREGNANT. I HAD SEX WHEN I WAS 16 AND I GOT PREGNANT THE VERY FIRST TIME THAT I HAD SEX.. (13) IS WAY TO YOUNG TO BE HAVING SEX, IF YOU CONTINUE TO HAVE SEX YOU WILL GET PREGNANT OR GET A DISEASE, AND BY THE TIME YOUR OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE A BOYFRIEND, WHO IS GOING TO WANT YOU, THE BOYS WILL USE YOU AND TELL THEIR FRIENDS, THEN BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, EVERYONE AT SCHOOL WILL BE CALLING YOU TERRIBLE NAMES. LETS FORGET ABOUT SEX FOR NOW AND CONCENTRATE ON SCHOOL. NOW YOU ARE GOING TO GET LOT OF NEGATIVE ANSWERS ON HERE, JUST IGNORE THEM, AND PLEASE DO AS I SAID, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

OMG... yes and at 13 that is NOT what you want. Please, I know it is terrifing, but you have to tell your mom, get on the pill. I am a mother, I would be crushed and dissapointed, but once it's started, it can't be stopped, and I would rather help my daughter not to get pregnant, than to help her raise a baby at such a young age. So don't do anything else until you get help and protection for yourself. Good Luck.

It is always possible to get pregnant if you have unprotected sex once you start menstruating (having periods) and you can get pregnant when you are on your period although the chance is much lower
