If they are staring at her because they like the way she looks, I feel flattered because it shows that I have good taste. If they stare at her because they don't like the way she looks, I dislike it and pity the idiots for being so superficial. Either way, it's not the looks of a person that matters, but their behavior and beleifs that matter. "You don't love a person because they are beautiful. A person is beautiful because you love them." If you have faith and trust in your partner, there is no reason to be angry.
