Well, the easy answer is University of Judaism in LA, and Jewish Theological Seminary in NYC. These schools are the primary centers of Conservative Judaism in the US.
But what about institutions that are not directly affiliated with Conservative Judaism? One way to guess would be to find out which universities with high Jewish populations have a KOACH College Outreach program on campus. I did this and came up with NYU, Barnard, SUNY Albany, and Goucher College.
Another way to guess would be to see which universities with high Jewish populations offer Conservative services on campus. I did this and came up with Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania.
A third way to guess would be to see which universities with high Jewish populations offer full Kosher meal plans. Using this criterion (which admittedly would be even less accurate than the other two), I came up with Barnard, Brandeis, Goucher, NYU, Oberlin, and SUNY Albany.
Given the above, I would think that any of the schools mentioned above might be contenders for the title of "highest percentage of Conservative Jews on campus," but this is still NOT concrete data.
So finally, I looked at the final document linked below, which is a survey of 1000 Conservative Jewish college students.
This survey finds that the students that these students were clustered at several colleges:
"Within our sample, the University of Michigan with 35 respondents (4% of the total) appears to be the most popular campus choice, followed by Indiana (26 students), Wisconsin / Madison (22), Rutgers (21), and Maryland / College Park (21). Other big state universities with large concentrations are Arizona and Florida. Altogether, 11 campuses house 25% of this large sample and 47% can be located on just 32 campuses. Private schools accounted for 40% of the student body, the most popular of which were Cornell and George Washington universities."
