how do i do this: solve each inequality #1: 6/t+3>2/t?

Well, if its just like what you wrote:
6/t + 3 > 2/t
6/t - 2/t > -3
4/t > -3
Either t>0 or t<0 in which case you flip the inequality when multiplying by a negative:
4 < -3t, so t < -4/3 (flipping inequality again)
