i bought two pairs of jeans online. I tried a pair on of the same size at the store and they fit. However, when I looked at the size chart, the inseam of the jeans I purchased is very long---but they fit in the store...so did i screw up, will they be too long?

you cant go by that cause some clothes don't run the same so when you get them try them on and if they are to long then return them and get the size you need or just don't order clothes like that online anymore

I dunno...I guess if you tried the exact same size that they would fit...Im guessin you are more on the short side??

Yes but you should try to go out with them and try not to make it to obvious. That should do the trick!!!!!!!!!! And why don't you try and get them repaired by a proffessional!
