I be conscious which you published 8 hours in the past, and want you have taken the advice of Michael and Mithras. And which you have been waiting to cajole the foreskin returned to that's perfect place. i might believe Michael that if the foreskin is trapped & swollen then that's paraphimosis. Very painful. i'm no longer stunned the destructive baby screamed, the foreskin isn't designed to retract till close to puberty and forcibly pulling it returned tears the linked epithelium between the foreskin and the glans. As Cohen's mum suggested that's precisely like ripping the fingernail off the finger, that's fantastically painful = destructive little boy. that's punctiliously unethical and unprofessional habit by the ER team. i'm able to think of of NO circumstances wherein it would be mandatory to forcibly retract the foreskin to take a urine pattern. A letter to the Administrator of the scientific institution threatening legal action for attack is so as. even with the undeniable fact that i might ring your Pediatrician, in case you haven't any longer already executed so, and notice what injury those ignorant human beings have executed. i'm hoping you have controlled to get it returned and that he does not get balanitis as a consequence of this or go through too plenty contained sooner or later. Mandarin.

Hi, Same thing happened to my baby and it is very common. When it happened to me, I called her doctor and she called in a prescription for antibiotic eyedrops. Not a big deal. Before I put the drops in her eyes, my doctor told me to get a clean warm wet rag and gently massage my daughter's eye. Also, to wipe the **** away from the eye, starting in the corner by the nose, sweaping to the other corner. I would not get all worried about it, but I would call your doctor. If nothing else, you will feel better. And Relax! Your baby will not go blind!

If he had an eye infection then there would be gunk coming out of it or it might be swelled shut.
This sounds more to me like maybe he scratched it. Are his nails long?
I would not go to the ER but I would consider calling your doc's afterhours number or an "ask a nurse" number to ask advice.

Honey, the best advice I can give where babies and children are concerned is "if in doubt, check it out" Go to the ER if it will put your mind at rest. Anything that you do not consider to be normal where your baby is concerned doesn't need Yahoo, it needs Doctors!

well, it sounds like a minor eye infection, but with the world today you can never tell. take him to the hospital and see what the doctors have to say if the condition worsens. or if his eye keeps on for more than 1-2 hours.
youre welcome in advance.
