I have just discovered duoboots- they do calf sizes from 30-50cm. Not cheap- £100+ but worth it. They have an online shop, a regular shop in Bath, and a fitting studio in Saville Row, London which I went to last week- brilliant!

Have a look on www.faith.co.uk they have a style of high heeled boots on there that are pull ons in black and grey. If you have a branch of Debenhams near you they may have a Faith concession within the store. Good luck

Payless shoe source. They have a great variaty of shoes.I have small calfs so its hard for me to find long boots that fit. They will have what you need. You can also choose between chunky heal and narrow heel.
