Lethal injection is most common, then Gas chamber. Electric chair is theoretically possible- usually in those states which have a death penalty on paper but in reality never use it.

Of course most people on Death Row die of natural causes.

so you have to look under each state for their penalty. some states have outlawed it completely.

some states have lethel injection, so if you commit a capital crime make sure you do it in the state that has your prefered method of doing away with you
