I missed the beginning of this season of Real World/Road Rules Duel challenge. What is Diem's health issue and why all the wigs?

Diem had Ovarian Cancer and she had just finished Chemo. She no longer has Ovarian Cancer, but she is well aware that it could come back at any time. The reason why she has wigs is because her hair hasnt grown back that way that she wants it. The first challenge that she had to take her wig off was a huge step and before the challenge she never let her dad see her without her wig on. The cast is very supportful of her and think she's sucha a strong person.

She is wearing the wig because she has recenly gone through chemo, causeing her to lose her hair, when her cancer came back.

she went through chemo where she lost her hair...that's why she has different wigs
