I do as well. America is not at its greatest anymore, however it is still a superpower. I think that the fact that America is getting into other countries' businesses is absolutely atrocious.

Interesting statement----as I was just talking to my adult children about this subject last week. I also agree that America is failing. Of course, I can remember several, several, years ago. Things have declined in our wonderful country over the last several years. How other countries would look up to us and respect the USA. Ah, time and man change so much. I am saddened by all of this and as much as I hate to agree with you--------I do!!

Disagree. The US has the strongest economy in the world, is growing where most others are stagnant, attracts more immigrants (legal and otherwise) than we know what to do with, and US culture spreads worldwide. If any other place in the world is doing better by any reasonable standard, I'd be surprised.

It wouldn't be if we could get those ******* corporate asses out of our government.

Your substance Jackass is corporate welfare which is far greater in cost than all the social programs put together.
Also we are failing sustainably, that is both diplomatically and environmentally.
