I actual have had this on account that I had a combat with an inmate 7 months in the past. I actual have offered the optimal help rated plugs via many agencies. All are an identical. I had additionally offered the blue "clay like" ones and that they worked extra helpful yet i did no longer prefer to stroll around with vivid blue popping out of my ears and that i grew to become into afraid as quickly as I bumped off them a number of the "clay" might nonetheless be caught in my ear canals. I too am regularly agitated via noise inspite of ear plugs in. i will positioned my hands perplexing against my ear/ear plugs and that gets noise right down to a tolerant point yet i'm specific you are able to tell that may not paintings out. as nicely I actual produce different problems by way of fact the altercation so extra often than not i pass to a small room close the door attempt to buffer incoming noises with towels and so on and stay in my cave. My dogs are using me batty however the kittys are actually not. I sleep with the ear plugs in my ears and a pillow on my head. i will get some sleep that way even although i grew to become into no longer until I found out that it grew to become into the noise that made me prefer to yell at everybody and wreck them. i'm slightly extra helpful approximately no longer smashing absolutely everyone or animal as I in simple terms injury out to a "quiet" place and then everybody and each little thing is secure. The docs tell me no therapy yet supply me some tablets this is assume to help.....they do no longer..I stay remoted and positioned on earplugs and muffs over my ears all day.. that seems to decrease the sound to tolerable and save the anger from increasing too plenty.......Wow if one in all you right this is a braineack...hit upon a answer and make a million money. And enable me understand whilst that's on the marketplace.

Simply yes. So long as they are used correctly and not forced too far into the ear canal. It is best to replace them regularly if using them often, to prevent the risk of infection. They are certainly an effective way to protect your ears from excessive noise, so in this respect too they are very safe.

I am prone to ear canal infections, and foam ear plugs bring an infection on for me after about 3 days use :-(
This is a real pain for me as i am an ultra-light sleeper.

They are safe, just as long as you don't try to cram them down your eardrum. And just remember to change to new ones every so often so no germs can build up in them and cause an ear infection.

I HAVE USED MANY DIFFERENT TYPES. PLASTIC ARE SAFE TO BUT FOAM IS JUST AS SAFE. NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE TEN TIMES MORE COMFORTABLE. JUST PUT THEM BETWEEN YOUR HANDS AND ROLL THEM AROUND UNTIL THEY SHRINK. HURRY UP AND PUT THEM IN BEFORE THEY EXPAND. RATING FROM 1 - 10 . AN 8. EARMUFFS ARE MY FAV.

Perfectly. I use them most nights as I get such a fab sleep when its so quiet! Been using them for years.
Make sure you dont use the same pair all the time for hygiene reasons.

p.s. they are washable! Pop them in the machine with your clothes and make sure they are dry before you use them.
