Philips GoGear 2gb was working okay - now it does nothing. connected it to computer which reads '0GB' when it should read 2GB. Has this player gone to land of dead harddrives? Any advice to get it working would be a miracle - my daughter is most upset - can anyone bring a smile back to her face with an answer?
