I use to judge looks but since I've found out that doesn't work to good. I've started to look more towards their personality. I think honesty is the most beautiful thing. I like to stare into the eyes of the girl I'm with, you can learn so much from the eyes. Well I can. "beauty is what make men go dumb"

I consider beauty to be how a person reflects on the inside and the outside. How they hold themselves, and the little things they do, Anyone can be beautiful, you just have to look for it. Make-up, clothes, hair, nails, shoes, etc. all those things make you pretty, but you are just hiding behind the natural beauty that you already have. Just take a look at yourself right after you get out of the shower. Would you think that you had beauty. I know I do.

True beauty is what is on the inside, not the outside. Sure, people may be beautiful on the outside, but in some cases, that is only skin deep. I consider beauty to be someone who cares about others and almost never about themselves, or someone who got bullied all the way through school and didn't retaliate but battled psychologically through it all, or a person who gave up their day to help another person whether they loved them or not. That is beauty.

Beauty is the composite of a person's appearance, actions and personality that we find desireable/admirable. Different people value different things and will judge different composites (people) differently.

From wikipedia:
Beauty is an innate and emotional perception of life's affirmative and meaningful aspects within objects in the perceived world – e.g. vitality, fertility, health, happiness, goodness, and love. Cognition of "beauty" involves the interpretation of objects as being in balance and harmony with nature, which in turn elicits a sense and experience of attraction, affection, and pleasure.

OK, so they are somewhat more eloquent than I.

Anything in a person that gives me that warm feeling when I see it. It could be someones smile, their attitude, the way they carry themselves, or maybe just starry eyes. I dated a girl when I was younger and everyone I knew kept telling me she was ugly. I thought she was beautiful and twenty years later I still see her occasionally and I still think she is beautiful. I just can't make myself see her any other way.

Touched by God. A radiance that comes from within. Whether it's a person, a work of art, music or nature -- it's something that takes our breath away & reminds us why it's great to be alive.
