Shakespeare can be difficult to understand for anyone. I think you've been given the meaning in general, but here's some added info that may be helpful.

<>
The heart represents love, the bosom refers to physical closeness, and the truth is one's beliefs and ideals

<>
This means he has never given these things to a woman, has never loved a woman

<>
He has no plans to let a woman rule over his feelings, thoughts, and physical self, ever

<> (means except me)
He alone is in control of his ideas, emotions, and body.

Hope this helps,

The character is saying that if one thing is true then he has never let his heart be conquered by a woman and never will, only he is master of his own heart. "save i alone " is "but i alone"

Sounds to me like they're saying they will never open their heart up to a woman.

I guess it means he's not going to open his heart to any woman cuz he's sue that won't happen & he's going to keep the secret himself forever.

It means that his heart does not belong to any woman. Perhaps meaning that he still has not fallen in love.
