That weight came about because you were carrying his child. if he is any kind of a man he'll deal with it. That being said get help losing some weight. Even a pound a week adds up. My wife gained nearly 80 lbs on with our baby and it took nearly two years to get rid of it. Frankly after looking at my daughter the first time I couldn't have cared less about her weight.

Are you asking how your husband can accept you for having gained weight when you were pregnant? Men typically understand you gain weight, that comes with the baby, but what they dont understand is when you dont lose it afterwards. Work out a deal where he takes the baby and you go to the gym if it's bothering you.

I to have gained a ton of wieght and it's been two years and barely got any off!! I guess i'm just lazy! I would start walking unless you're more active, i would say go to the gym! You can limit your salt and sweets. I tried 6 week total body makeover but couldn't eat that often! So just do what makes you feel comfortalbe. Set goals. GOOD LUCK!
