It's not your place to do anything unless you're her supervisor, or in the Human Resources Department. If so, refer her to the dress code. If you don't have a dress code, you better get one. You just have to be fair about enforcing it. You said she's a colleague, though, so it sounds like it's not your business, unless you think it's important enough to discuss it with your boss or H/R....and assuming you know there's a dress code violation....

If she finds out that you ratted her out, you could make an enemy, so you might want to think about that.

You need to sit her down and express how this situation makes you feel. Tell her that you don't want customers to think that you are trying to run a cheap Establishment.

Tell her that if she wants to continue working for you that she has to wear a bra. Even if she feels she doesn't have anything to show. Tell her you run a respectful business and you want to keep it that way.

Tell her that you don't care how she dresses out side of work but that she has to be presentable and proper at work.

You need to be straight forward and honest with this girl about her breast. If she is an excellent employee tell her that. But tell her that if she can't dress respectful around the clients that she will have no job. Give her a choice cover up or be fired.

If you want draw up a dress code of what to wear and not to wear. And stress the importants of the look for your business.

Once you tell her if she likes her job and fellow employees I'm sure she will start wearing a bra.

But just be honest with her. Tell her how important it is to you and your company to run a respectful establishment.

If the clients do not like this your boss will hear about it. If business drops the boss will notice. Speak up then. If any customers complain to you, push them in the bosses direction. For now bear with it.

Have you sat down and talk her about the fact that this could be hurting the clientel coming in. And how about suggest shirt that cover her clevage and she won't have to wear a bra. If you are over her tell me what you would like to see and start the conversation with. With all due respect.

Are you the boss ??? If so , there should be a dress code in place that addresses this sagging problem. If you are not the boss, stay out of it , thats why the bosses get paid the big bucks.

If you don't already have one, institute a dress code. Make sure that that's covered somehow. If she continues to not wear a bra, threaten to write her up. Oh, and make sure whatever policy you institute you use it on everyone. If someone smaller tries to get by without one, inform them that it is required by company policy.
