I have a 99Ford crew cab Truck32,000miles needs some attention?

its been stored for some years and stripped alittle, so not really sure what to do. Can someone give me some ideas?

A complete tune up for sure, but frist pull the distrubitor out and prime the oil pump with a shaft and a drill. ( rent from parts house) This will pre lube the engine. Make sure and replace the fuel filter. Drain out any old fuel. I Like to add premium gas with some gas drier. Then crank her up. Before i drove it i would check the trans fluid and go ahead and change the filter if automatic. Make sure to test and check your brakes for leaks as well. Have fun
