Congrats! I was always told to send thank you notes ASAP. If you went away on honeymoon after the ceremony that buys you some time. If you didn't travel after the wedding your guests have already expected a thank you. It is normally good etiquette to mail them within 2-3 weeks at the most. Get writing and best wishes!

Well, you should get them done as quickly as possble. I think the rule is 1 year for weddings. But it sounds like you are doing it now, so just take your time and don't let it stress you out.
Make the other half write some, too.

usually up to 1 year is the rule, only 'cause most couples don't get their pictures back from the photographer 'til about 6 mos after the wedding

personally, i think they should be send out within three months after the wedding. but it's better you sent them out later than never! good lukc
