I can't Access my Hotmail Account!!?

Hello everybody,

It's been a while since that i can't Access my Hotmail account!!
I have an ADSL internet service, speed: 256Kbps. I use IE 7.0 wiz Windows XP pro SP2.
also i can't open my Hotmail account wiz Microsoft Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express.
Everytime I try to open hotmail i receive a msg from the server telling me,

"The requested URL could not be retrieved,
Error message: Unable to determine IP address from host name for webmail.msn.com,
The dnsserver returned: Name Error: The domain name does not exist."

So if anybody have any ideas please step-up and (Help Me!!)

u may need to dowload a new version of internet explorer like i did
